REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Minot and the Minot International Airport, will accept sealed proposals until 3:00 p.m. (CDT) October 3, 2022 for a Non-Exclusive Food, Beverage, Retail, and Vending Concession Program at the Minot International Airport (MOT)
Interested Respondents desiring consideration shall provide one (1) original and one (1) thumb drive of their Request for Proposals (“RFP”) response with the Respondent’s proposal. Submissions shall be portrait orientation, unbound, and 8 ½” x 11” where practical. Font shall be 11 point and Respondents are limited to thirty (30) pages excluding the required forms and cut sheets of proposed equipment.
The original submission shall contain actual signatures in blue ink.

A mandatory on-site pre-proposal meeting will be held at 9:00AM (CDT), September 7, 2022, at the Minot International Airport in the Airport Conference Room located on the second-floor area of the Terminal. Respondents must have a representative present to be compliant with the RFP. No call-in accommodations will be provided.
Submittals must be delivered to the address listed below no later than 3:00PM (CDT) October 3, 2022 in order to be considered responsive to the RFP. All proposals received after the stated time and date will be returned unopened and will not be considered. All submittals must be in sealed envelopes reflecting on the outside thereof “Non-Exclusive Food, Beverage, Retail, and Vending Concession Program at the Minot International Airport (MOT)”. Failure to clearly mark the outside of the envelope as set forth herein may result in the submittal not being considered responsive.
The City reserves the right to award to the Respondent submitting a responsive proposal with a resulting negotiated agreement that is most advantageous and in the best interests of the City, and to waive any irregularity or technicality in proposals received. The City shall use its sole discretion in negotiating the final concession agreement that is in its best interests of the City and the Airport and its decision will be final.
Respondents using mail or delivery service assume all risk of late or non-delivery and failure by the post office or delivery service to deliver responses on behalf of the Respondent before the stated time and date will not be considered an allowable reason for not meeting the deadline.
